AZ H 2462 – Arizona House Bill 2462 requires that board members for Civilian Review Boards to have completed a police academy training course and have at least 24-hours of law enforcement training.

IN H 1210– creates a state wide civilian review board.
IN H 1210 would create a state wide civilian review board that would put all state police at the mercy of a potentially very biased oversight board.
This would be very bad for all the police in Indiana. By creating a state wide civilian all police will be subject to the potential bias of a civilian oversight board. This bill must be opposed.
