American Police Officers Alliance is a grassroots tax exempt political organization formed in 2017 to support police issues in the political process. Our organization works within the political process to defend strong police leadership and interests in our nation’s cities and work to elect officials who will stand up for our police force.

American Police Officers Alliance is a grassroots organization led by activists committed to supporting law enforcement officers across the country. You can read more about our leadership here.

We are a grassroots political organization, which means that all of our work is in political advocacy. Our efforts go towards supporting the interests of law enforcement in our nation’s political process. Therefore, the traditional method of calculating overhead expenses that other tax-exempt organizations use does not work with our organizational model. However, we assure you that all of the contributions we receive go towards our advocacy efforts in the political process.

Please let us know if you have any other questions about our organization!

All of our organization’s tax information is available to the public via search on the IRS website.

American Police Officers Alliance is a political nonprofit, not a charity. Therefore, we will not be listed on websites such as Charity Navigator.

American Police Officers Alliance activates grassroots supporters across the country. We work in cities and states to engage the public with issues that affect law enforcement officers.

We work to support law enforcement interests in the political process. We accomplish this by raising awareness around policing issues and activating grassroots supporters to get to the polls and vote!

Although American Police Officers Alliance boasts tens of thousands of grassroots supporters across the nation, we are not a member organization.

Thank you for your interest in reaching out to our organization. We work with news outlets across the country to provide expert opinions and resources for stories on law enforcement. Please see our media page (LINK), and for further inquiries, email us at media@americanpoliceofficersalliance.com
